Engin Anak / Antalya, Sep 28 () - In touristic resort town of Alanya, around 250,000 visitors join jeep safari tours every year, announced the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TÜRSAB).
The safari tours in Alanya marks a leading tourism attraction, among many other alternative tourism events, offering an adventurous journey on Taurus Mountain foots.
Off-road tracks in rough terrains boost the adrenalin, installed by tourism agencies. Around 30 tours to 5,6 zones have been held in the region.
The safari trips also offer foreigner and local visitors to see villages, eat village bread, and buy souvenirs during the journey, while witnessing the historical and natural beauties of Antalya.
